If you’re looking for great, caring patient care, this is not the place for you. I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was asked to fill out paperwork beforehand, which takes 15-20 minutes (or longer) to complete. They also request you arrive 15 minutes early, which is standard practice. This is the worst facility to work with and their billing Dept & mgr is horrible. My daughter was transferred to GSMC by ambulance and had Emergency surgery. Dr. Rodman was the surgeon. We were never told he was OON. I am an employee of SCL Health and have 2 ins plans. My primary ins pd the provider. They never billed my 2ndary ins. It's been almost a year of appeals and calls. I had a good experience at this place.. Practice staff ☑. Friendly ☑. Scheduler ☑. Listened to my concerns☑. Surgeons reviewed all tests and had a clear understanding of what was required and open to discussing with me☑. My 1st surgery was with Dr. MacDonald and he was excellent with my surgery, his communication, and followup visits☑.
