Dr Golembeski performed my hiatal hernia surgery and everything went very smoothly and recovery also went very well. Could not be happier.
Rocky Mountain Surgical provides exceptional care, professional service and customer support. I had great experience with the staff, nurses, surgical staff, and doctors.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend. First, there is no electronic way to complete new patient paperwork so it had to be printed and filled out by hand. In this day and age, going analog is a major inconvenience. Second, I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes past my appointment time before I asked the front desk how much longer it may be. Amazing doctor, truly above and beyond, however, unhelpful support staff make scheduling a surgery a complete nightmare.
If you’re looking for great, caring patient care, this is not the place for you. I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was asked to fill out paperwork beforehand, which takes 15-20 minutes (or longer) to complete. They also request you arrive 15 minutes early, which is standard practice. When I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly rude receptionist (I believe it’s name was Courtney) who immediately told me my paperwork wasn’t filled out and insisted it had to be completed before I could be seen.
