I was @ Rocky Mountain Surgery Center 12/23/24 for surgery performed by Dr. John Woodward. I have nothing but appreciation and frankly relief, for the care I received. The facility is efficient, and the surgical staff excellent. Thank you to Dr. Woodward, Dr. Roth (anesthesiologist), Allison (PA), Shannon and Mol (pre-op) and Marcy (post-op). I truly felt well cared for and my needs fully addressed during this medical intervention. I am so grateful! NC
10 out of 10! I just had a surgical procedure under the care of Dr. John Woodward and his highly competent team. The RMSC center is so thorough down to each detail, coordinating with my Primary Care physician, pharmacy, and day of preparations as well as post op needs. Absolute worst! Waited until the business day before my surgery which had been scheduled for months to cancel my surgery because I have asthma! I have been in pain constantly every minute of everyday with my shoulder waiting for surgery! I have family that flew in to help care for me and my husband scheduled work off! They’ve had access to my records and knew this! Yet others with copd have had surgery here? Now I am on a list for February and I’m inhumane pain every day due to negligence on their end! Experience was great, but the billing has turned into a nightmare! Signed a contract and made all the payments, then months later the bill for an extra $598. No explanation, just contractual adjustment. Tried for months to get an answer then they turned it over to collections! Just fantastic business practices, NOT.
