Experience was great, but the billing has turned into a nightmare! Signed a contract and made all the payments, then months later the bill for an extra $598. No explanation, just contractual adjustment. Tried for months to get an answer then they turned it over to collections! Just fantastic business practices, NOT.
To say the staff and facility are top-notch are understatements. Upon walking in, I was impressed with the ambience of the office. There are many options of where to sit and it is large. The front desk staff was very friendly. My experiences with Heather, Lori and Rachel the nurses we’re outstanding. They cared for my every need and I am a bit high maintenance. What a fantastic facility. The people there are so caring, wonderful and smart. Leslie, Dr. Swank, Delaney, Scott, and the operating room nurse (sorry I forgot your name!) took such great care of my son. He had very serious surgery and the facility and staff were the best. I cannot thank these wonderful people enough! This place is the best! Most of all, thank you Leslie, you went above and beyond for my son. Thanks lastly to Dr. Rau, you are amazing!
A wonderful, well run center. My team of Irene, Danielle, Kisha & Genna were well coordinated, cheerful, & professional just like a good ballet! Thanks folks! Will review my equally competent retinal surgeon, Dr Chod seperately.
