I called to schedule a consultation since the map showed they were pretty close to my house. The gentleman that answered sounded a little muted so when I asked if he could repeat his name again his immediate response was "This is Joe, who are you because you are not a customer." I said that I was calling to try to schedule a consultation but if you are not interested in my business then I can call another company and ended the call. Hopefully you have more luck calling, especially during a time they are in a better mood.

RMR&C stopped by and offered us a free roof estimate. I knew we likely had some hail damage so we took them up on the offer. From the first visit through the final transaction, the company made the process easy for us, even working with our insurance company.
