Joe the owner was great came out in that cool looking Tesla truck last week for free no charge. Another roofing company caused damage to my ceiling. He got on the phone with the other company and told them legally what they did wrong. Within the hour the company came out and tried to fix leak in my roof. Joe helped me out a lot. So I m a first time homeowner and my neighbor casually suggested that I should get my roof checked. So I went on google and picked the highest rated company which happens to be this one and I call them and I ask if they offer a free roof inspection. Be careful. I was offered a "free roof inspection" on an apparent cold call and thought what could it hurt so I accepted. Joe showed up in a vehicle without company markings and required to know which insurance I had before doing the inspection. Joe was nice enough and seemed knowledgeable during his explanation however I couldn't get over my question.
