Stole my security deposit by charging me for things that were broken when I moved in.
Really just a starving company looking to grab anything they can.
rocky mountain is the worst property management that I've ever rented from. they will use any excuse not to give you your deposit even though i had it on paper what was wrong in the begging.they NEVER answer the phone and if someone did they would take a message and never call you back. never came to fix any of the maintenance calls and then blame you for it.
