I needed a prescription refill, first they called the wrong pharmacy, then they left a message for the right pharmacy for the wrong Rx, then I had to call them 9 times over 3 days before I could actually make contact with the right person (after leaving MANY messages also explaining) to explain to them what they did wrong. First off, I very much like the doctor. She was thoughtful, made sure I had all of my questions answered, and had an excellent bedside manner. However, I waited 45 after being taken back before she got to me. I also arrived 1/2 an hour early to the appointment as instructed since I am a new patient. Then after the appointment with the doctor, I had to wait another 45 minute to get braces that didn't fit well handed to me. LOVE my doctor and the staff here!! Super easy to get in contact with, everyone is so sweet and caring and good at their job. 10/10 service.
