To be fair, Dr. Kovarik has been my primary doctor at RMPC for a couple years and I hold her in high regard, however I’ve recently come to the conclusion that a medical practice is only good as its worst provider. I recently had a respiratory illness and, due to it turning into an infection, scheduled with the first available - Catherine Pheasant. Great experience from greeting at front desk, to nurses, and doctor. Very happy to be a new patient here. I would not normally review a doctor’s office, but since there are some negative reviews from disgruntled people, I felt it necessary. My visit was in contrast to that and was top-notch.
This place is unorganized, unprofessional, and not interested in patient health or comfort. Every time I go, they make me fill out paperwork asking for my medical and immunization history despite the fact that I’ve been a patient for several years. The lack of technology and record keeping is alarming. It always takes a long time for basic appointments and bloodwork as well. It’s a shame I have to give one star, because my doctor, Dr Aimee Nelson, was fantastic. This review is for how Linda Miller the office manager, and the administration team handled a mistake in the coding and billing for my sole visit back in June. I went in for a regular annual well woman’s checkup. They had wanted to give me a physical, but I declined to get one, since I’d already had one recently with my last insurance.
