I JUST CALLED ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER TO ASK ABOUT THEIR BLUE SKY PROGRAM SAID HOLD TIME 10 MINUTES. WAITED ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND NOW IT SAYS HOLD TIME 22 MINUTES. THAT IS JUST CRAZY. I HUNG UP GUESS I DON'T WANT TO SIGN UP FOR BLUE SKY
