We will miss Dr. Rusacow. He has been my kids Dr. for over 8 years. Thank you!!
As for my son whom is 2.5 years old having a doctor's appointment set and having been put in a room for over an hour and absolutely nothing from anyone is entirely unacceptable. There should be major changes to their scheduling as this is the only doctor we have issues with regarding times and time spent in his office. In returning visits it seem the doc has taken a special note to scheduling.
This is the only place I would ever recommend because Dr. Rusakow is an excellent, brilliant and very friendly person, who helped my son with his life threatening asthma after he had been horribly sick for years. Now he does not even cough!
Wouldn't suggest any other office. My kid went from being a frequent hospital flyer, to none in two years!
