I don’t typically leave reviews like this, but our 3yo was seen (for a broken leg) today by Kandice Robinson, and she was truly wonderful. So kind, gentle, and patient, yet thorough and informative. I wish every pediatric provider was more like her. Truly - she was amazing!

I have never written a negative review in my life. But my son had a buckle fracture in his arm and I originally went to Urgent Care who did x-rays, diagnosed my sons fracture, and gave him a splint/cast and also provided care recommendations. They referred me to OrthoONE to follow up with Dr. Pengel which was a mistake). The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with my son in the room, did no additional x-rays and told us to reused the splint we already had and no need for any follow up with her again. I had an appointment scheduled at the Sky Ridge location of Rocky Mountain Pediatric Ortho One. When I arrived on time with my child I was told my appointment would not be for another 45 minutes. I received no apology and was told the reason for the delay was due to "walk ins". I asked why no one had contacted me concerning the delay and was told they "just found out". This place is terrific but can be better with time management I have waited over an hour before being seen my child was offered snacks and drink for wait time only I believe an hour is absurd
