Dr. Hadley is hands down the most approachable and compassionate doctor we have encountered for our daughter after experiencing multiple issues with her weight gain and GI. He made small wins feel like huge celebrations when she started making positive progress, and he put together numerous plans to help her stay on track that felt easily attainable. I had high hopes when we came to this practice with my child's issues. Unfortunately, they are just like most medical offices nowadays. The people working here need kicks in the butt to do their jobs. After our visit, they told us I would have the referrals in my email within 24 hours. Multiple days later, crickets. I emailed and asked them to send both referrals. They sent one. Next day I had to email again to ask for the other one. Once we did the labs and ultrasound, nobody called us for 2 weeks. This telephone number doesn't work and there is no other way to contact the office. Scoured the internet for another number or a general number at HCA, but it does not exist.

Haven’t been to the new office yet but they were always good to work with before… there were lots of negative reviews about expensive initial visits, so jarring that I almost cancelled my first appointment with them but it all worked out. The out of pocket cost people were griping about isn’t because of the facility/doctor, it’s because of their insurance plan being high deductible. We never had any sort of issues like that. Dr. Hadley is one of the best doctors our child has seen. He's excellent with kids, very informative, and generally so pleasant we've never dreaded an appointment. They've always worked to schedule us in when he's in the Springs (you might have to ask the office staff in Lone Tree to fit you in, and he always does). Also shoutout to his nurse assistant Barb, who is incredibly fast and helpful with anything we've ever needed. Terrific practice!
