We wish we were as lucky as all the 5 star reviewers. We have been patients for a while but recently we can't get anyone to pick-up the phone or call us back. I have no issue with the staff in person but given the current shortage of growth hormone and the need to constantly be changing medicine, we need much more than a voicemail machine for our patient care. Missed injections are not good and unfortunately we've had numerous gaps due to a failure of the staff to call in new prescriptions to our pharmacy.
