Dr. Petterson is one of the most outstanding providers I have ever met. He was incredibly gentle and kind with my 4 day old baby. He explained every single detail in great length and did not leave until every question we had was answered. He is incredibly intelligent and really cares about his patients, you can tell he loves what he does. We also had an ultrasound tech who was incredibly patient and gentle with our little one, making sure she was comfortable and happily took breaks when she got too wiggly. Just an awful experience. Dr. Miller spoke outside of his scope of practice TWICE during our visit with him regarding our son, which set off a 3 week spiral for our family while it turns out he was WRONG about both of those things. In addition, he offered bad medical advice about the condition our son was seeing him for. Dr. Miller suggested waiting a year and seeing how our son did. Way more expensive than expected. $25/minute just to be seen. Twice that for opinions. I had questions about billing and could not reach anyone to answer my questions even during business hours. They have a phone answering service set up that takes messages that go nowhere. Will not be returning here for any reason.
Doctors are great, however the billing department is a nightmare. I have tried contacting billing several times with no success of getting any type of response. Very disappointed.
