RMO was merged with The Resource Exchange per State. They merged as of July 1 2019. Due to the merge caseworkers did not have full access to all the systems for almost a week. The RMO caseworkers work hard to continue to keep your cases running. The caseworkers get blamed for thinks that are not in their control like when DHS closes a client's case (that is not something CW's can correct) we do try to, but without help from the client cw cannot do anything to fix it. I don’t like the reviews that I see because they are false, biased and unfair. These people work very hard and with thousands of clients. If you do not receive a phone call after a week it is nothing to be complaining about. There’s a process that if you educate yourself on you’ll be fully aware of. It’s a government run agency, so they are held by standards set by the government, and their time restraints are not their own fault. Good luck trying toget someone to answer your calls/messages! Been trying to contact them for over a week so decided to drive over only to find they moved to a new building and have a new name and number for which you're never gonna find out about unless you read the note on the door! So we called the number posted and no answer! So we went to the new office. Here now will keep you posted.

Agree. They are a hot Mess. Signing you up for programs that you didn’t even ask for. The staff there are liars and full of Mess. Never answer the phones when you calling. The workers there are lazy don’t want to do their jobs which they are getting paid for.
