I had ordered a Counting Sheep roller. The roller ball rusted and also the blend now smells rusty. I called customer service and they wouldn't replace it for me citing the 90 day guarantee. Nothing had happened to compromise the bottle! And it didn't happen to the other bottle I ordered at the same time. So disappointed!!! The only thing they would do is to send new empty bottles. Huuuuuuuh?!

I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Oils. I diffuse them, make body butters, deodorant, soap & homemade cleaners. One of the best items from them is the Tohi Hand & Body Cream!!!! In the winter our skin gets so dry and we itch like crazy, to the point of getting out of bed to put on more lotion. I have tried homemade creams, various store bought lotions and everything else without any relief. NOW since starting using the Tohi we don't have this problem. It is fantastic! Never want to run out of it!

We have loved our essential oils and I just ordered to face lotion "Tohi" and I absolutely Love It! I can use it day and night with no greasy residue or breakouts and it has reduced my sunspots! definitely recommend it!!

I placed my first order during their leap day sale, so not only did I get a good price on good oils (without MLM mark ups!), they send me a free bottle of their cleaning blend to try! I will definitely shop again. LOVE that they use Ecoenclose packaging. Only company I use for my own yarn shop shipping!

I have been using RMO for a couple years now. I really like the flu time as it helps with my allergies and colds...not to mention cut the flu I got last year in half. I was only sick for 3 days! today I recieved my order and the post office destroyed my package. I called RMO to see if they insured the package so I could get reimbursement from USPS and RMO is sending me a new bottle for free! It wasnt even their fault! what a great company! Thank you RMO!

I’ve been using the Tohi multi-purpose cleaner for sometime it’s effective and leaves a nice scent. I keep some in a spray bottle for quick jobs or will add some to a bucket of water. Love that’s it’s safe so when my toddler wants to help clean no worries.
