I've been using RMO since they were NAN and they're awesome. I've got dozens of bottles and I love the variety of ways I can use them. A couple years ago I had a bottle leak issue that happened via delivery, but a call to customer service got me an offer of a replacement or a credit towards a future purchase. The only thing that makes me sad is that Rose Geranium is no longer offered. Thankfully I'm not out, but it's my favourite scent.
