Absolutely the worst bank I've ever dealt with! I would highly recommend to avoid at all cost! This business cares nothing for the customer in my opinion and is a prime example of why brick and mortar banks should be a thing of the past!
I have been a member of RMLEFCU for 23 years and I am disgusted on their treatment towards me! I failed to make a $50 overdraft fee ( which in the past they automatically would withdraw funds from my checking, even if I was in the negative to cover the fee) This week I was notified that I was reported to the credit bureau for a late payment, runing my credit!! My family and I have been members with RMLEFCU for over three decades, and it breaks my heart to have to write this review, but I am hoping that it will influence some change and help other have a better experience than what we’ve recently had. This last year has been extremely hard on our family due to an unexpected hardship, where we suddenly went from a two-income household to one, and we only had about 6 months in reserves before we would fall behind on bills.
