Dr. Coulter is amazing! I have been in her care for 3 months following major surgery and she has been awesome. She’s very caring and compassionate, but most of all an extremely knowledgeable professional. Her only downside might be that she’s likely a workaholic. Haha. On more than one occasion she has reviewed scans and communicated with the nursing staff on her days off and even when she was out sick and supposed to be taking care of herself. I saw Dr. Samar Alyaseen due an infection I have. He walked in and told me exactly what was wrong and what I needed without asking any questions. He didn’t listen to anything I said about my symptoms although I’ve had them for two years he didn’t wanna know. At one point he asked me if I had a medical degree. He was very insulting, talk down to me and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. Thank you RMID Lone Tree for the excellent care provided. Dr. Ochoa and his staff were wonderful start to finish. They treated me with nothing less than professionalism and compassion while batting a bone infection. They made the daily antibiotic infusions feel less like treatment and more like seeing friends. I would recommend their practice to anyone diagnosed with serious infection. I feel blessed to have had them as part of my treatment program.
RMID is a God Send. Dr. OCHOA is awesome as are all the nurses I interact with as well as the front office staff.. I wonder sometimes when I read negative reviews on Google if it's just blaming others for a bad attitude when in fact the patient may be the one with the attitude. My experience is 100% opposite of those.
Discriminatory— don’t go if you are lgbt+ or a person of color. The doctors are out of touch and ill informed, there are other ID specialists in the state with better bedside manner, who will not be rude and dismissive because you don’t fit the demographic they are used to treating.
