RecommendedWhen you’re going to do a kitchen or floor upgrade, all you have to do is look at pictures of this companies work and you know you have no other choice but to go with them.
We had them reseal our front porch last summer. I called to let them know that it appeared as though they had missed some areas. They came back out and added some sealant to the porch and now it looks awe terrible. I called them again this summer to let them know the problem. They came out to look at it and told us it would be $1000 to strip and refinish. They never admitted to applying the sealant too thick or under the wrong conditions. Never said it was anything they did.

Lisa, I (Jessica) went out and looked at your front steps and spoke with your husband regarding the white streaks. I informed him that there were not from my sealant, they are hard water stains. I let him know that yes, we could strip it down and reseal it, but the stains will come back the next time you water. I told him that for a quick fix, he could go to the store and get "CLR" and use that to spot treat those areas. Rocky Mountain Flooring recently cleaned, patched and resealed an existing rock floor in my business. They have brought it back to life and it looks wonderful. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would defiantly recommend them for your next hard rock flooring project.
