Don’t waste your time. It took months to get us on the schedule after repeated calls and too many texts. Three different installation dates confirmed each time, no show, no call, EVER!! Today is one week after last scheduled date, still no call. How are they still in business?? Just went by their shop and had them write me a check for our deposit that they were quick to deposit a month ago; they didn’t even care to try and make it right, just said sorry, we got busy. I had several phone conversations with Mike and he set dates two different times to come look at my gutters and he never showed up, never communicated with me, etc. Wasted weeks of my time.
They were referred to me by a good friend. I purchased gutters and heat tape from them. When he installed the heat tape, we had three outlets on the roof to distribute the load. Instead of distributing the load they installed most of the overall load on one outlet. When the fuse starting blowing, his answer was to have the electrician just install a new fuse. Awful service company. Mike the owner was terrible with communication. The crew no-showed 5 different times!! There were always excuses of why they didn’t get to us. Our deposit was made in April for gutters and snow bars, and as of August 9th still no work done. It took over a week to get ahold of Mike to request our $1800 back. If you want professional work done, within any reasonable time-frame, use a different company.
