I went in due to illness. They told me to take Tylenol and let them know if I didn’t feel better. I called 5 days later and they said to wait another 5 days and if I was still feeling bad to let them know. Why do I need to feel bad for 10 before you start a treatment? I called back a week later still feeling sick and I can’t even get anyone on the phone. Once some finally called me back, they just gave me z-pack. Why did we wait 11 days for a Z pack.
