Staff gave me run around. Switching Dr's same day. Left voicemail with incorrect info. Ct scan with iodine was the procedure not an mri I want an ultrasound and should know what's best for me since I'm paying for it. Catalina was her name with a doctor I have never seen Blom. I'm not going here ever again. They didn't even know who I was. Very scary and confused. They don't answer phones after 4 p.m. even though they close at 5. Showed up at 2:45 for my appointment at 3 , waiting for over an hour just so they can tell me they can't see me because I was put on a no-show list, what kind of crap is that...🤬🤬🤬
Very disappointed. Not in network with Anthem even if they tell you they are.
Extremely unwelcoming for new patients. Unfriendly phone reception, unknowledgeable about insurance or at least unwilling to give an information except yes or no answers.
The staff is great, but their accounting is SOOO upside-down & due to their incompetent accounting & billing department, that have TOTALLY screwed up my account I have canceled all my upcoming appts including any serious procedure appts. STAY AWAY!
