Showed up at 2:45 for my appointment at 3 , waiting for over an hour just so they can tell me they can't see me because I was put on a no-show list, what kind of crap is that...🤬🤬🤬
Very disappointed. Not in network with Anthem even if they tell you they are.
Extremely unwelcoming for new patients. Unfriendly phone reception, unknowledgeable about insurance or at least unwilling to give an information except yes or no answers.
The staff is great, but their accounting is SOOO upside-down & due to their incompetent accounting & billing department, that have TOTALLY screwed up my account I have canceled all my upcoming appts including any serious procedure appts. STAY AWAY!
