The Skyline vision center is not capable of providing a straight answer as far as scheduling surgeries. I asked the scheduler when I needed to schedule the exam in order to have the surgery in the month of April. She said the surgery could be anywhere from 2-6 weeks from the exam. The exam can't be any longer than 90 days from the procedure. The exam was February 13th and they scheduled the procedure May 6th. Eleven weeks and five days! The receptionist was unfriendly and not helpful!
Went in for an annual vision check yesterday. I had my date wrong but they got me in anyway. Dr. Blom and the lady that conducted the exam were both very expedient, professional and friendly. Thank you.
Been trying to get an appointment for some skin cancer on my eye lid. Finally got it scheduled after several attempts. Had to reschedule do to work schedule conflicts. Been trying to reschedule for the last two days and no one will return my calls.
