Very disappointed. Not in network with Anthem even if they tell you they are.
Extremely unwelcoming for new patients. Unfriendly phone reception, unknowledgeable about insurance or at least unwilling to give an information except yes or no answers.
The staff is great, but their accounting is SOOO upside-down & due to their incompetent accounting & billing department, that have TOTALLY screwed up my account I have canceled all my upcoming appts including any serious procedure appts. STAY AWAY!

Just called to ask if an eye insurance was in network with the office, at 09:30 AM Mountain time, and receptionist, who answered the call, was very rude, and bluntly said "No", before I could thank her for her time & wish her a good day, She disconnected the call. Very Unprofessional, I hope the calls are recorded so they could retrieve the data, give her feedback, and possibly training.
