Unprofessional staff. They called and asked us to come early and we aborted our plans to accommodate their request. After we arrived early they made my son wait well beyond the time of his original appointment. When I asked why they called to have us come early the staff was rude and annoyed as if I had no right to ask. Obviously they don't value customer service and we will never go there again.

This was more than just an eye exam! The staff and Dr. Lymer were extremely inviting and professional. I was seen on time and felt like the doctor spent extra time to provide explanations to me. I will definitely be returning to the LensCrafters/Rocky Mountain Eye Care with my family!
