Rocky Mountain Exteriors showed up after a devastating hail storm in **** (********). We were told they could complete the repairs to the roof, gutters, shutters, siding, windows, and fence. However, once documents were signed they dropped off doing everything except the roof and gutters. The workers put tarps over our rose bushes then proceeded to walk all over them. Worst ever. Hail storm was **** of 2023 and we are still dealing with their incompetence. The morning after the storm I saw a RME truck prowling around the neighborhood like a vulture. They knocked on the door and I gave them a chance. Big mistake. They were supposed to replace the roof shingles, paint the exterior, and replace any broken window frames. Everything seemed fine, but things pushed into the Fall and then to Winter. I was told supply chain issues were the hold up on our roof. Meanwhile everyone else on our block ... read more
Outstanding business. Needed a new roof due to hail damage from recent storm. Many roofers to choose from but Rocky Mountain Exteriors is, by far, above the rest. **** was professional and provided excellent customer service. He was available to answer any and all questions, and always with a smile. Despite RMEs heavy workload from the storm, our roof was replaced in a very timely manner and the work was done to code. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Exteriors!

A hail storm from last summer heavily impacted our house. We noticed that several houses in the neighborhood had the same experience. Fortunately, Matt Griffith from Rocky Mountain Exteriors knocked on our door and offered his services. After a thorough examination, it was determined that we needed a new roof, gutters and paint job. After an insurance company review and authorization, we scheduled the work to be done.
