Went today for a root canal. Was very anxious as I usually am for dental procedures. Every single staff I encountered helped put me at ease, was patient, and friendly. Dr. Jensen took the time to answer my questions and provide explanations and was very competent and efficient with the procedure. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for being so kind to this basket case of a patient!
Stellar- on all levels. If I could award more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat! Four years ago I had a situation that required a surgery to my gums and into the tooth area. It was frightening to say the least. Dr. Jensen performed that- really quite brilliantly. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jensen & his staff. They were able to fit me in within 24 hours, for what I thought would be surgery after having a 13 year old root canal fail. The guy I was referred to in Medicine Hat decided at the last minute (3hr before my appt that I had waited over 4 weeks for) that he couldn’t do the procedure & he referred me to Dr. Jensen. I had a root canal and a filling done. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. I’ve had a good amount of dental work done in the past (5 years of braces and a few other fillings) This was by far the best filling I’ve had done. Feels absolutely perfect when I bite down. As for the procedure, without anesthesia at one point I nearly fell asleep in the chair because of how comfortable I felt, while getting a root canal!
