No one answer the drive thru, drove to the window and no one acknowledge the window until I waved someone that. Asked me if I can come in since they are very busy. What’s the point of a “Drive Thru”
Ordered a halibut sandwich with tomato, got home and found a sea burger in my bag, with no tomato. � They charged me for the halibut, which is $2 more. Tried calling their #, and it wouldn't go thru. Ughhh. Not happy....
We arrived 20 minutes before closing, the “open” sign was still on, no one answered at the drive in, nor at the door to the dining room. We saw employees inside, but they seemed too busy cleaning to help.
Best Scones in Utah! We have been going to Rocky Mountain Drive in for about 15 years and their Scones are just as amazing now as back then.
Drove by last week at lunch time and asked for a BEEF teriyaki bowl. Well no one told me I was going to find hamburger meat in my food!! That's right I never thought I would get charged $10 for eating a hamburger helper looking meal with a drink!!! I was so upset I didn't even bother driving back!! What happen to the real meat??!! You should be honest and explain what's going on not just change the ingredients!! Gross just gross!! �
A orange string in the pastrami burger, burned shrimp and burned English chips. Watered down cocktail Sause. Then the two girls working there told us they didn't care. Worst service ever.
Just went there to finish a date with my wife.6/10/16 at 10pm. We ordered a mint Oreo and brownie shake with a 5in churro. They didn't tell us the extra flavor was extra when I asked if we could have the extra flavor. When we found out , there was no apology. We then got the churro and bit into it, it had no sugar rolled on it!! It was NASTY! They close earlier then posted. I found a hair in my hamburger. They jipped us a sandwich. They won't answer their phone so we can get it.
