I am so impressed with my ring! I am allergic to gold and wedding ring was gold. I wasn't sure what to do with it, until a friend recommend Rocky Mountain diamond. I took them a picture of a new setting I wanted in platinum using all my diamonds. It looks exactly like the picture and is so beautiful! They are very professional and prompt. I will definitely use them for any future custom rings!
Seriously the best custom jeweler. Zach could not have been better to work with. He was extremely professional and the ring came out even better than expected. We started with a popular designer for our ring, but her complete lack of customer service led us to Rocky Mountain Diamond. They did it in half the time we were quoted by the popular designer and over a thousand dollars cheaper. Would, and actively do, recommend them to all friends and family. I just picked up our wedding rings. They clean and polish them every year and they look just like they did 5 years ago. These guys can make you any ring you want and they treat their customers great. I recommend them to everyone.
They are very friendly with a great selection of unique stones and settings! They will give you all the information you need including retail price and the price you will pay, although this is sometimes overemphasized. They also have many amenities that come with every purchase that are pretty great.
Great customer service, great product, prices that no one can beat. Really I have nothing bad to say about them
