Incredible office, friendly staff & always very professional.
I was very happy with the checkup I had and the PAs. However, the follow up has been unacceptable. I have called and left messages to get the results of a biopsy with no response. Sent a message through the website - still no response. I was excited to find a dermatologist who can do MOHs surgery after the passing of Dr. Summers but now I'm not so sure. Very disappointed.
Heather went above and beyond! We had gone in for my daughter and ended up leaving with a positive strep test for my son! I am so grateful she noticed and asked if she could check him out too.
All of the people in the office were extremely helpful and concerned with meeting my needs. Some gave up their lunch hour to perform a service for me since I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to see them. It was well worth the drive. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of services. I intend to take my mother there to have a check up. This was my first visit and I had been told that they were a good place to go.
