They submitted the claim for their $8,000 mouth guard (that doesn’t work) to my insurance more than a year after the service date and then tried to stick me with the bill. These people are dishonest and should be avoided. Go somewhere else.
Very friendly people. Everything was explained well.
Mouthguard worked at first, then started getting ringing in my ears in order to call and talk to the doctor. You have to pay $65 just for a phone call after your first year is up very frustrating. Paid $2000 for this mouthpiece.
