Placed an order via the website on Monday 6/24/13. Paid for FedEx shipping. Tried calling after I made the order to confirm shipping date. They haven't answered the telephone either any of their numbers since I made the order (it's now Thursday). I sent a email cancelling my order on Tuesday and have received no response. Very poor communication and service.
Placed an order via website on 5/30, asked for status on 6/7. it is now 6/17 and no response and 877 number is out of service and local number goes to Voice mail. You guy still in business
