This is one of the best cycle shops I have had the pleasure to deal with, they are helpful and courteous. Their knowledge and speed of service is second to none. Sean (I hope that is the correct spelling) has worked on my bike on a couple of occasions, his work was not only well done, but also quickly. This is an honest, friendly and service centered shop, I can not say enough to praise them and their service.

Needed suggestions about what kind of tube/tire works best for our use on a tandem. Called and spoke to Sean. He gave me some ideas on the phone that sounded good, so we stopped in on our way home from work. Good thing they are open until 6pm! Came home with what looks to be a great solution. Rocky Mountain Cyclery's customer service ROCKS!!!
