Today I stopped and omg heaven! Got a brownie and a raspberry truffle! Hands down I will be back.
What was that I had? Dipped in Caramel, rolled in Walnuts and Marshmallows, dipped in Milk Chocolate, then drizzled with Dark Chocolate. The outer shell was easily one inch thick and Ian cut it nicely for me into eight perfect pieces. It was divine!
This is one of my favorite places to visit when I am in downtown Seattle. As a matter of fact, it's my tradition to visit the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory whenever I am in the city. They have a variety of caramel apples, homemade chocolates, chocolate covered strawberries & many other variations of chocolate sweets. My favorite is the Pecan Bear Caramel Apple!
