the doctors, nurses are great. The front office sucks. As a new patient no one explains where you check in for what, causing confusion and frustration. Patient education on how to navigate the front office would improve the patient experience from the start.
Excellent, personalized care.
I am very pleased with the care I've been given at the Lakewood RMCC. They are very attentive and kind in their approach. I would suggest to others that they come to this Center.
