Ed Villanueva was a wonderful help this morning. There was clear communication on when he would arrive, and our request was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this establishment.
Excellent service! Steve Vigil and his team were exceptional in helping me solve the problem with my consumer HP printer. They were fast, thorough, educational and kind. Steve followed up with me a week later just to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Business Systems!
Talked with Nancy, asking for help with a xerox copier, they don't service xerox unfortunately, but she worked with me, talked with a Tech and got me in touch with someone local who does work on Xerox. With that sort of service I would be happy to work with them again on anything else in the future!
