Ive been with this company for years. I actually like their water and service but in the last few years it seems like every time I turn around he's raising his prices. I cant take the constant price increases anymore and they have not been minor increases. When they put through the last increase I said OK but that had better be it for awhile. Today another one. Its time for me to shop around.
Switched from a competitor who was terrible. Rocky Mountain Bottled Water has been a night and day difference. They are great. Great customer service and they actually show up when they say they will. Zero complaints and I would recommend them to anyone.
Best decision we’ve made was to switch to RMBW! We were with another water company who was absolute trash. Did some research and found Rocky Mountain. From the start it was 10x better. Customer service, price and communication is amazing!!! HIGHLY REC ROCKY MOUNTAIN WATER!!!
I just started water delivery service and Rocky Mountain has not disappointed! Deliveries on time, as scheduled, customer service has been easy for my new customer questions, and the water tastes great, as I am very particular about the taste of my water. Highly recommend this company.
