Well after almost 20 years of ordering products from them I'm officially done. Shipping and delivery times are ridiculous now. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the KY location and typically had orders next day (2 at most), it takes a week or more to receive orders now that they have switched to Amazon delivery.
Fast, dependable service
Love rocky mtn my go to supplier for my off road needs. Hurts me to leave a bad review. When I started using them I would get my deliveries within a few days then a week now over a week. I break something on the weekend order it and have it before the next weekend. They always used a crappy shipper that delivers items in broken down vehicles with loud exhausts and grinding brakes. Ordered a clutch cable for my son's 400ex on June 30th 2026 it is now July 11th and still havent received it. Tracking number says undeliverable and it has a return initiated but by who because I didnt initiate a return I need the part. I have used RM many times for his quad build and since they decided to use Amazon for shipping it has went to crap in a hurry. Ill be using a different supplier from now on.
Got sent tires that were produced over 5 years ago. The DOT stamp was from 2020 its now 26. The tires themselves were severely discolored, looks like they are sun bleached and look more brown than black where bleached. These tires are unservicable I cant run them on my sand rail. I called customer support they were very, unhelpful in the return process. I have ordered parts from them in the past and had no complaints, I will not order tires from them again.
