Management reached out and tried to make things right, so I'm changing my rating-given them another chance to improve customer service. First couple of orders were fine. I recently place an order with them, and it's been 7 days... NO CALLS, NO EMAILS, NO TEXT. They have a tutorial on YouTube with a link to all the parts you need from the website. I ordered the parts directly from the link, and they were the wrong parts. Rocky Mountain ATV refused to exchange the parts without charging me shipping to fix their mistake. I spent hundreds of dollars with them in the past, really disappointed that they wouldn't make this right.

We order from RM ATV MC 3/4 times a month. They almost always have our OEM parts in stock. When they don't the email that it's back in stock always seems to come in within a day or 2. My only complaint is that they're using OnTrac for shipping. OnTrac is the worst! They mistreat packages, lose packages, deliver them to the wrong addresses repeatedly and are generally disrespectful. Please STOP USING ONTRAC!
