This company has the worst customer service ! On top of charging me shipping to return a tool that did not work ! They charged me 20 percent said there was scratches on the tool ! Good luck to anyone that has to return anything to this company ! Lost my business in feel like they are running some type of scam on there returns

Always have a great experience and support with this company. Ordered my last round at 12 on Tuesday and it was here shortly after lunch on Wednesday. Free shipping. Hard to beat.
Love RMATV, but unfortunately, there's a clear decline across multiple sectors of their business. From their shipping, to their support, interactions are less positive than they used to be. Check out Google reviews and other user reviews for validation of this comment. I find some of their chat representatives engage combatively. I think they are forgetting the primary function. There is so much competition out there and I've been sad to see a decline in my positive experiences with this company.
