I’m sorry but Rocky Mountain switching to USPS isn’t cutting it. In the past you use to get your order in 2 to 3 days. It took USPS 3 days to even pick the item up. It arrived in Pittsburgh at 0300 on the 13th and took a full day to go a few miles up the road to which at this time I’m looking at another day to go another few miles up the road if I’m lucky. I asked this company if they could install a set of tires if I bought them from them. They read my message on Facebook and couldn't be bothered to respond. They obviously don't want any new customers. Taking my business elsewhere.
I have ordered from Rocky Mountain ATV in the past with success. However, l recently ordered grips and air filter oil from Rocky Mountain. When the shipment came only grips showed up. Update a few days later : I was contacted by customer support from rocky Auto and my order was corrected. I changed my rating and will order again from them. I appreciate the follow up from them and their taking the time to make it right.
From all the posts I see they clearly have some shipping issues and I've experience them myself I used to get my orders in 2 to 3 days now it's seven or more days. I'll do my business elsewhere
