Horrible Experience! KY location and customer service has demonstrated a level of incompetency that is disgusting. I ordered parts on 12/10 with an expected arrival date of 12/12. On 12/13 I called to get info on the status as this was for a Christmas present and I wanted to ensure if it would be there. The only update email I had received was that the package had shipped on 12/10. OnTrac (shipping) posted an update on 12/11 that they had not received the package. I ordered a Bell Mx-9 Alpine Adventure on Wednesday December 17th. Today, December 19th, the helmet arrived at 1100 hrs. I have shopped with RMC for years and they continue to provide quality products at fair prices and outstanding customer service. Thanks to each and everyone that worked on fulfilling my order.
Very poor customer service & technicians couldn't understand what sizes of tappets I needed to order to get right clearance! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
