They don’t deliver the product
I order plastic for my 2026 yz 450 and they never got delivered I contacted customer service and they keep telling me different story order this on aug 25 today is September 5 no answer I ordered another set of plastic from another company and they already delivered and this company refused to get my money back
Really disappointed with RM/ATV...what use to take a day or two for in-stock orders to be received to my door has devolved to nobody knows where your stuff is. Ordered in-stock tires 8/24 for the Labor day weekend. 9/4 still no delivery, no shipping confirmation, nothing. Called support to hear, "we're waiting on the carrier". News flash...carrier doesn't know, there is no tracking number. This Amazon shipping relationship with RM/ATV is not efficient.
I ordered a clutch cable for my “machine profile” yz250f. They sent me a wr250f cable that didn’t fit and after ordering hundreds of dollars of merchandise recently from them, they said the cable was ordered wrong on my part and wouldn’t remedy the situation by sending me a new cable. Unresponsive customer service. They lost my business moving forward, I’ll go to partzilla and motosport from now on. Forget you Rocky Mtn!!!!
