My father was a patient at this horrible facility for almost 2 years. Now that my father has been moved from this facility, I feel comfortable leaving this review. From the administration down to the staff, this place does not care about the patients. My dad developed pressure wounds, had to be transported to the hospital for blood clots he developed in his legs due to not being properly turned, in which he had to have devices put into both of his legs. I wouldn't send a dog to this facility. Staff is very rude and unfriendly especially the nurses on 1st shift. It's like a circus most of the nurses are outside smoking cigarettes. Some aides barely giving your loved ones care . I visited my loved one nearly everyday last week my loved one was soiled wet and hadn't received a shower/ bath and it' was going on 2 clock in the afternoon. The call lights go off and won't nobody answer it they will walk around hollering down the hall who got this room does it matter the residents ... read more

While the building could use an upgrade they put their money into their staff. The staff is wonderful on the long-term side. They treat my sister who has dementia with respect and care. They always call me if anything arises. Love the staff.

My family's experience with Rocky Mount Rehabilitation has been overwhelmingly positive. It's such a relief knowing my grandpa is in good hands there. The caregivers are attentive and truly engage with the residents, which has made a noticeable difference in my grandpa's spirits and recognition. While I hope to see him more active, I'm currently very pleased with the level of care he's receiving.
