My mother in law brought her Jeep to the dealership with a bad alternator. We told the service department exactly what the problem was with the alternator. Well they decide to charge us an hour diagnostic fee to tell us what we called and told them. Then in the estimate they were going to charge 3 hours of labor for an alternator. Called another jeep dealership and they said it would take 1.5 hours. This place is a rip off. STAY AWAY!!!!!
