Reading recent reviews and want to say it was the exact same when I lived there two years ago. Water outages frequently, broken locks, management completely unhelpful, dated unmaintained apartments. Property manager smoked constantly in non-smoking areas. Dishwasher broken on moving in and took over six months to replace. The maintenance guy Will was rude and borderline hostile when he came to make the repair (after the repair was scheduled 3 times, I took time off work to be home and he just didn't show up).
