They’re constantly shutting off hot water for “regular maintenance” but it happens around twice a month for a majority of the day. Had a roof leak come through our ceiling and the problem was completely ignored until I was able to finally get management on the phone a week later. Find somewhere else to live if you have options

If you work in the medical field do not move here! Our water was turned off today at 8am to replace the water heaters, which have not properly worked in months! I had work today at 4am, get home at 1pm no water, no big deal. Around comes 5pm and we still have no water! In the high of flu and norovirus season I can’t shower! I have to be up in 9 hours for work! I’d really love to shower so I can go to bed, but nope still no water! This is beyond ridiculous! Working with your people is a joy and we love our apartment.
It’s an ok place to live but there are a lot of other places for similar prices with a lot more amenities. I chose this spot due to its proximity to school. Also, the outer door locks are almost always broken making it difficult to enter the building. It would be a good move to shift away from traditional keys to key fobs.
