Resort was amazing, all good, but the hotel stay was horrible based on noise from outside, neighbors, and hallway. If you go, you will have fun, but don't count on sleeping.

Gorgeous, peaceful property. Inexperienced, young staff. Casino was there if that interests you. Horrible, terrible beds! Invest in luxury for sleep comfort please! Besides the hiking on lake, the saving grace for this trip was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE IN THE SPA! Very professional and fantastic services!

It was our first trip to Rocky Gap. We drove 5 hours from NY. We were pleased. The rooms were clean, the food was good. the views was beautiful. it was relaxing . The staff was friendly and accommodating. The casino machine's was a bit tight. But I would go back.

Our first time there, the weather was awesome (late Oct reservation). Staff very friendly, excellent customer service, food a bit pricey, but it was vacation, so no worries. I enjoyed the spa while husband enjoyed the casino. I am NOT a gambler but gave the roulette wheel a try (betting for friends) and I have to say this is where it stops me giving a five. We had a great time, the staff is very courteous, place is always impeccably clean. We stayed and ate before we headed back home. Just a great day trip

It wasn't the first time I was their but this was the worst birthday experience ever!!!!! Someone came into my room and stole 600 dollars off the dresser and they did nothing about it I had to call the police myself to make a report and they were also rude I will be calling who ever is in charge to complain.....I will never stay their again

We were here for our office Christmas Party and it was great!! Staff and other guests were all friendly and welcoming, casino was great, and beautiful scenery!
