Lakeside Restaurant has a poor supervisor, she has no people skills. She treats her employees badly in front of Customers. The servers are great. I'd replace her tho..

I really enjoy this getaway, I just do not know what happened? last year I would hear the machines hit quite often and the last 5 times I have been there, WELL not to much bells,whistles, etc.??? not sure but someone said that a big company bought out the casino part of this resort? if so what a shame! if you can't hit once in awhile you need to find a new place! The employees are great and I will miss most everything, Moving on to better hitting places!

We come over and over again. We love it here for a small resort, there is so much to do. The mountain views are the best. The staff are always friendly and willing to help.

We went yesterday and had so much fun. First time there second time at a casino. I think there should be more of the wilawonka machines by the drink station though they were full pretty much the whole time we were there. But we left with way more than what we came in with, food was great. And I really loved the veiw of the lake from the smoking room. An amazing experience. Thanks so much.

I had a great time performing at Bonkerz comedy club there! Great room (both venue and hotel room) Susan was awesome in the Signatures lounge. Zack (I believe that was his name) had our sound on point. A wonderful place to work and the staff from the front desk to random employees just walking by were all friendly. Thanks guys! Can't wait to see you all again!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel! I went for a bachelorette party and would not recommend it to anyone.

No poker at a $400/night casino resort. You may as well visit a truck stop with slot machines.
