Loved the hotel, the staff and the company. Would love to visit again. Kids were able to have fun with the other kids in our group by paddle boating, YOLO boarding, swimming and hiking. All this while the adults played.

Dirty room, dirty pillows, dirty blankets, pills in room, horrible experience. NEVER GO HERE !!!! My fiance got a rash from staying at this place.

I'm going back to Rocky Gap for my birthday this year...can't wait to celebrate it here with my husband and family...the rooms are very nice. The casino is Fun, fun, fun....and the views are pricesless, what a way to bring in another year.

Sadly, I feel the service has deterioration since my last trip with the exception of the front desk. Lack of genuine greetings and smiles. I felt like I was in the way many times. I was the one who had to step around the employee so not to interrupt their job or personal conversations. What happened Rocky Gap?

Lots of fun. Can't wait to go back and make a full weekend out of it. Great service. Great food. The drinks Arthur bar in the casino were weak but the bar next to the buffet was really nice, solid drinks and the crab and artichoke dip, and the flatbread was delicious. Looking forward to playing some golf on the next visit.

This is our second trip and we LOVE IT!! All of the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel like you are the only people there. Love the food and spa. Will be coming back!
