First of all we got there and our rooms wasn't ready because they were slow in getting everyone in there rooms so they said let us valet our bluggage and we will call when it is ready so we go back when they called and they wasn't ready. So they said we will call. They called and they gave our room away. The supervisor said we will comp ur room and give u a upgrade for free. We said cool! The buffet is great! The best turkey I have EVER eaten. The small but cosey bar areas are really comfy. Now for the Casino..... There are ample Machines and tables to suit everyone. Please just stay away from my favorite machine. I can't tell you which one it is.

There are a lot of casinos closer to me but I don't get the service that I get at Rocky Gap .Great and friendly people .They make you feel like a big spender .And trust me I don't have that kind of budget .My wife is handicapped and they accommodate us very well .Food is great .And if you are losing to much take a break there are other activities to do .Its a 4 to 5 hour drive for us its worth it .

Just don't go. There are better ways to enjoy a casino without dealing with a terrible hotel like this.

I don't gamble, but I always have a great time at Rocky Gap. Love the entertainment, and the buffet is really good. Super-friendly staff. View of the lake from the back patio is unbeatable in summer and autumn. We are fortunate to have something like this so close to home.
