Well usually my experience at Rockwoods is great except for today.... I work in a service industry and know how thing should be handled. First off, website has happy hour from noon to close... And no where was it posted that they were not having happy hour or that the kitchen was closed till 3 due to it being Father's Day, which is fine but you should let your customers know before hand. I too agree that management should always handle Guests complaints. we will make sure we post holiday changes and I will try to do a better job handling guest complaints. it is not the norm for me to be unavailable to our guests.
