My husband and I have been here often and also planned a party for my son there. We normally would give this place 5 stars but the past 3 times our server has screwed things up. Tonight she never put my hungry 16 month olds meal in and told us we could get the friday beer deal with the beers we chose. With either things there was no apology and no acknowledgment that she forgot the order. I am not one to through a fir in a restaraunt I will just pay for it and leave but I was really upset by this tonight.

This was my first time here. I'm here on business and will be back in the area many times over the next year. Interior is gorgeous. Food was very good. Maybe best ribs I have ever had. Only complaint was the bartenders. Very young and no personality. One if them was on his phone more than tending to guest. I will be back but they need to hire some better bartenders.
I've eaten at some of the best Steak Houses in NY. The Rib Eye here was probably the best steak I have ever had, bar none. Next time I visit the Chicago area I am definitely stopping by and ordering the Rib Eye again.
The food my husband and I were served made us both sick and we got completely different things. Also, the bartender with blue hair was really, really rude. Thankfully we're from California on vacation, but I would never eat at or give business to this place again.
