The shutters are good. Bought over 10 years ago and only 2 problems with pins breaking. They have held up well. The first time a pin broke the process was very smooth and friendly. A repairman was sent out right away and the problem was solved at no expense to me. Recently however, was a very different story. Their customer service has really gone downhill and I spoke with two of the rudest "customer service" agents ever.
