Great place to live we have lived here 6 months and everyone is so nice and everything is well kept! Maintenance is here immediately with issues and fixed the right way!!
I have lived at The Shoreham for a year now. When they asked me if I wanted to renew my lease I couldn't answer YES fast enough!!! Between the maintenance crew and the girls in the office everyone makes living here so easy. I came out to go to work today and the whole development is decorated with corn stalks, hay and pumpkins. It's so well cared for here, and so am I!
Rockwood living is one of the best places I’ve lived so far, very peaceful and well maintained. The landscaping is phenomenal and very well taken care of. The hallways and common areas are always kept clean and smelling good. I also appreciate the turn overtime when putting in a maintenance request. You all rock!!!
Thoroughly impressed with Rockwood from the very start. Everything has always been so smooth. Everyone on the team is extremely responsive. Maintenance issues are handled immediately. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. After living here for a few months, I can say I highly recommend this group and their homes.
