Living at Shoreham Park is wonderful. The office staff and maintenance crew take care of all your needs in a timely and detailed manner. The grounds are lovely, and the clubhouse and its amenities are always spotless along with the pool. It is a quiet, friendly place to call home.
I could not be more pleased with our experience so far as renters for this company. Living in an actually house instead of an apartment, and having the maintenance luxury of still being apartment renters, is an added bonus. The team all the way from initial inquiry and leadership signing, to day-to-day communication and maintenance requests are top-notch- super kind, thoughtful, and personable. I have an excellent experience living in this community. My children and I truly love it here, especially enjoying the pool and all the activities. Every request I make is handled quickly, professionally, and with great care. The management team is outstanding — responsive, helpful, and truly dedicated to providing excellent service. We feel very comfortable and happy living here. I highly recommend this community to anyone who values excellent service and a welcoming, comfortable place to call home.
Working with these great people has been an absolute pleasure! Anna, in particular, stands out for her exceptional responsiveness and kindness. I’m incredibly grateful that they chose us to collaborate on one of their projects. Between Anna and James, they are truly exceptional individuals to work with and for.
