I have lived at The Shoreham for a year now. When they asked me if I wanted to renew my lease I couldn't answer YES fast enough!!! Between the maintenance crew and the girls in the office everyone makes living here so easy. I came out to go to work today and the whole development is decorated with corn stalks, hay and pumpkins. It's so well cared for here, and so am I!
Rockwood living is one of the best places I’ve lived so far, very peaceful and well maintained. The landscaping is phenomenal and very well taken care of. The hallways and common areas are always kept clean and smelling good. I also appreciate the turn overtime when putting in a maintenance request. You all rock!!!
Thoroughly impressed with Rockwood from the very start. Everything has always been so smooth. Everyone on the team is extremely responsive. Maintenance issues are handled immediately. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. After living here for a few months, I can say I highly recommend this group and their homes.
Happy to be here. My neighbors are friendly and helpful as is the entire staff. It's a quiet place to live and that works for me.
I am so impressed with the staff here. From the time of my filling out the paperwork, to the move in process, everyone was so helpful. The apartment is beautiful and the staff, once again made sure everything was in order.
