Happy to be here. My neighbors are friendly and helpful as is the entire staff. It's a quiet place to live and that works for me.
I am so impressed with the staff here. From the time of my filling out the paperwork, to the move in process, everyone was so helpful. The apartment is beautiful and the staff, once again made sure everything was in order.
This is a wonderful place to live! The community is warm and inviting. The management team is excellent and is always responsive, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend Rockwood Living, and specifically, Shoreham apartments!

We rented a 2-story townhouse from Rockwood Living last year. This was maintenance free living at its finest. You did not have to touch or worry about anything. If there were any issues, they were handled ASAP with your satisfaction. From management, to maintenance, and to the office, everybody was fantastic. I have rented a few times from individual owned houses to company owned apartments, but Dan and his staff at Rockwood Living were far and away the best.
