We have worked with Jake and Rockwood Interiors on a few different projects now. The crew is always fast, respectful, and does fantastic work. Would highly recommend Rockwood Interiors for any rebuild or remodel needs.
Jake was recommended and was one of the worst recommendations we have ever had. He started by telling us that his entire crew worked for him directly and spoke English fluently. We then discovered that he subcontracted with individuals who did not speak English at all and constantly misunderstood. Furthermore, his subcontracted crew (who used the labor of minors) performed subpar labor by cracking the shower pan, using regular drywall in a shower with corrosive screws and not waterproofing the shower at all. I hired Rockwood Interiors to do a very small siding job in mid June of last year. Both Jake and a worker of his that I met were always polite. And that’s where my positive comments end. A worker came by in early June to fix one single loose piece of siding. The work was “done” in about 20 minutes, the cost of labor for that was over $300. The same piece of siding popped back out by mid August. I informed Jake of that and he sent someone to fix it again. By mid September that same piece of siding was out once more. Jake with Rockwood was a pleasure to deal with. His crew replaced two of my fences in a timely manner and did an awesome job. I am even using him to do future projects around the home. Highly recommend.
