Dr. Jacques is a highly knowledgeable optical specialist. He was able to do extensive testing in his office, which allowed him to show pictorial evidence of what was happening to my husband's eyes post-stroke. Because he is passionate about patient education, he uses common analogies that help him explain the highly sophisticated test results in a way that is easy to understand. Dr Jacques is fantastic! I had never been to the eye doctor before (I never thought my vision was that bad) however, developing a stigmatism i decided to finally go. He explained my entire vision plan to me, and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. When I got my glasses, they offered to make adjustments to all of my sunglasses as well as my new prescription.
