I want to share my experience as a military member for anyone considering living here. Despite receiving deployment orders on short notice and providing proper notice to the leasing office, with orders my lease was not immediately terminated. If you are active duty, be aware that even with deployment or PCS orders, you may still be held to additional notice or charges. My hot water heater shot craps and I had a new one installed within 24 hours. I did have to take one ice cold shower tho (I do not recommend lol) I would also like to add that I would be lost without Amy. She is absolutely amazing!!
I understand that when maintenance is repairing items in my unit that they may need to use the restroom however it would be nice if they would flush the toilet and leave the apartment the way they found it
