I've lived here a little over a year and have had a good experience. Amy, the property manager, cares about her tenants and their concerns. The maintenance guy, John, has always been super friendly and helpful for fixing most issues. Rent is reasonable as well.
We lived here in 2018/2019 and LOVED IT. We have since moved states but we think about it all the time. Spacious, nice neighbors, pet friendly, no bugs. The only downside is getting snowed in but that will happen anywhere in IL- lol
I've been living here for about almost 4yrs and recently moved due to my job. These apartments have been the absolutely best in terms of pricing location and hospitality. The land lord Amy has been super friendly, helpful responsive and almost family luke when it came to taking care of her tenants and the welfare of the apartments. I've been calling and calling this office and no one answers! You can't even leave a voicemail! There's no website, no email address listed and the Facebook page is inactive! How are you supposed to conduct business? I'm trying to relocate from another state so I'm unable to stop by.
