Where do I begin!! Not only is this place always clean and everyone is nice and professional but they go above and beyond. Today I was having a lot of trouble with a moving company about "fitting" their truck and then them having to walk to my unit bc their truck was too big. The owner/manager went out of her way to make sure I was able to get my things into the unit. She talked to the driver, helped me with unit and helped direct the truck out of the property. I rented a storage unit here at Rockwell self storage today. Miss Wendy assisted me and gave me all the options. She offered to show me the units. She explained the prices and discounts clearly. She was just a delight to deal with. What I like about this storage location is they offer 24/7 access, the exit gate opens automatically, and the storage units have an auto light function.
