Great experience with the staff here. Super friendly. Had everything ready for me right when I got there.
This place is amazing. Located in a safe and well-lit location. Access to the facility is extremely easy. The units are all very well-constructed, clean, and very easy to utilize. They offer climate control as well as very large roll up doors that fit our RV that was over 10ft tall. Wendi @ Rockwell went above and beyond to make this a seamless and wonderful experience for us. I would recommend them to anyone
The lady at the front desk has been rude every time I interacted with her. I couldn’t wait to get my shed so I could leave that place and no longer support her. Do not recommend using this just because of her.
Wendy was an absolute lifesaver! She helped me secure a U-Haul for my move to Texas and went above and beyond in every way. I’ve never dealt with anyone as helpful, patient, and genuinely caring as she was throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend Wendy and this Rockwell Self Storage location for any moving or storage needs. They made a stressful move so much easier!
