I expect property management to be terrible, but Rockwell really far exceeded what I thought negligence and unprofessionalism could look like.

Mark is very unprofessional when it comes to communication and follow through. Every request made will need to be followed up on daily for weeks before action is taken, and you can forget about getting a response from him or his team about anything other than when he is asking for rent payment. He and his company have been an extremely poor representative of otherwise excellent landlords. Tenants and owners would do well to look at all other options available before enlisting Rockwell Properties for their services.
